Realme introduced the Buds Air wireless earphones last December and today the company revealed on May 25 that it would bring in new TWS earphones, called Buds Air Neo.
Realme also launched a promo page on its official Indian site, revealing the design and features of the Buds Air Neo.
Upon first glance, the Buds Air Neo looks like the standard Buds Air, but after closer inspection, the silver ring found on the Buds Air stem is absent from the Buds Air Neo and the dual microphones are not visible either, which means that it does not come with Environment Noise Cancelation (ENC) technology.
The Buds Air Neo can pack 13 mm Large Bass Boost Driver with three choices of color-White, Red , and Green. The last one looks the same shade as the green version of Realme Band.
The Buds Air Neo will have a cumulative playing time of 17 hours with the charging case, and three hours without it. The charging case for the Buds Air came with a USB-C port and wireless charging support, but that probably won’t be the case for the Neo because it’s supposed to be a more compact version of Buds Air.
The TWS earphones will support both Dual Channel Transmission and Super Low Latency Mode, which Realme says has 50 per cent lower latency compared to standard mode. Instant Auto Connection will also feature the earphones as well as touch controls to answer calls, play / pause / change tracks and call voice assistant.
Realme hasn’t yet disclosed the Buds Air Neo’s price, which will happen Monday. But a leaked poster shows that the TWS earphones will be priced at INR2,999 ($40/€36). lets see on may 25.
